350mm ID Pumice Liner
Architects and Builders choose the Isokern 350mm ID pumice Chimney Liner. Chosen for its large size suiting meduim to large open fires or large double sided firebox stoves (guillotine door style). You will normally require a Gather for open fires to collect the gases and give a smooth transition into the smaller flue area. Check out our FLUE SIZE CALCULATOR to help choose the correct flue diameter for your project. As always with Isokern Pumice Products it offers rapid heating and minimised heat loss for optimal performance. Sourced from volcanic pumice at Iceland's Hekla volcano these liners are remarkably lightweight making them easy to handle up scaffold and cut on site, even rebated cuts can be achieved. Their natural structure provides superior insulation allowing flue gases to heat rapidly which enhances stove efficiency, this reduces condensation and promotes cleaner burns with lower emissions. Installation involves straightforward lip-glue joints between pumice items and a surround insulative fill of Light Expanded Clay Aggregate (LECA) ensuring a durable setup that complies with BS EN 1857 Document J and HETAS standards. Compared to clay or concrete alternatives pumice is simpler to repair if chipped during construction – just reapply lip glue. Its light and can comes in a variety of sizes to suit its application, where most flues are now too large for the intended appliance. For accurate quantities use our Isokern liner calculator to determine quantities and a comprehensive list of components. If your project involves open fires you will be looking at the 200mm flues upwards. Pair with stainless steel adaptors for perfect and secure connections to stove chimney connecting pipes or use a gather. UK stock available for fast delivery.
