This pack includes the stove connection (support block and straight-through 150mm stainless steel adaptor) and 4.5m of 150mm flue up to the underside of the capping.

The capping, chimney pot, top ring and raincap are not in the pack. Choose a capping for render or brickwork on this page, then either a 150mm chimney pot or the DM36 raincap and top ring.

If your stove has a 125mm outlet, the adaptor can be upgraded to the 125-150mm increaser adaptor on this page.

The Isokern Double Module DM36 150mm i/d chimney pack contains the pumice blocks and fixings to build a 4.5 metre high DM36 chimney with a 150mm internal diameter flue. The Isokern DM36 system is a self-supporting pumice block chimney: each 360mm square casing (250mm high) holds a round 150mm flue block, and the casings and flue blocks are bonded with Isokern Lip Glue. A half-height starter flue block goes at the bottom so the flue and casing joints are staggered.

This is a stove pack. It includes the DM36 150mm support block, which sits on lintels or a concrete slab over the stove recess, and a straight-through 150mm stainless steel adaptor that connects the stove pipe to the flue. If your stove has a 125mm outlet, you can change the straight adaptor to a 125-150mm increaser adaptor using the option on this page.

Lip Glue quantity is worked out from the Schiedel joints-per-bag chart (DM36: 6 casing joints per bag).

Not included: the chimney capping and the chimney termination. Choose your capping on this page: 130710 DM36 Square Capping for Render, or 130711 DM36 690mm Square Capping for Brickwork with 130715 DM36 570mm Square Corbel. Then choose your termination as an option: a 150mm terracotta or buff chimney pot (126371 / 126370) or the DM36 Raincap & Top Ring. A chimney pot needs 38mm clearance to combustibles and is set into the capping and flaunched; a raincap and top ring on a straight rendered stack allows 0mm.

For a 4.5m flue this pack builds 18 courses: 18 casings (360mm square, each 250mm high) around 18 150mm flue blocks (18 x 250mm = 4.5m), plus the starter block and 5 bags of Lip Glue. It suits a DM36 chimney that needs 4.5m of 150mm flue from the support block over the stove to the underside of the capping.
