This pack includes the stove connection (support block and 175-200mm stainless steel increaser adaptor for a 175mm stove pipe) and 7.8m of 180mm flue up to the underside of the capping.

The capping, chimney pot, top ring and raincap are not in the pack. Choose a capping for render or brickwork on this page, then either a 200mm chimney pot or the DM44 raincap and top ring.

If your stove has a 150mm outlet, the adaptor can be upgraded to the 150-200mm increaser adaptor on this page.

The Isokern Double Module DM44 180mm i/d chimney pack contains the pumice blocks and fixings to build a 7.8 metre high DM44 chimney with a 180mm internal diameter flue. The Isokern DM44 system is a self-supporting pumice block chimney: each 440mm square casing (300mm high) holds a round 180mm flue block, and the casings and flue blocks are bonded with Isokern Lip Glue. A half-height starter flue block goes at the bottom so the flue and casing joints are staggered.

This is a stove pack. It includes the DM44 180mm support block, which sits on lintels or a concrete slab over the stove recess, and a 175-200mm stainless steel increaser adaptor that connects a 175mm stove pipe to the flue. If your stove has a 150mm outlet, you can change it to the 150-200mm increaser adaptor using the option on this page.

Lip Glue quantity is worked out from the Schiedel joints-per-bag chart (DM44: 5 casing joints per bag).

Not included: the chimney capping and the chimney termination. Choose your capping on this page: 130723 DM44 Capping for Render 570mm Square, or 130724 DM44 Capping for Brickwork 820mm Square with 130728 DM44 650mm Square Corbel. Then choose your termination as an option: a 200mm terracotta or buff chimney pot (127341 / 130697) or the DM44 Raincap & Top Ring. A chimney pot needs 38mm clearance to combustibles and is set into the capping and flaunched; a raincap and top ring on a straight rendered stack allows 0mm.

For a 7.8m flue this pack builds 26 courses: 26 casings (440mm square, each 300mm high) around 26 180mm flue blocks (26 x 300mm = 7.8m), plus the starter block and 8 bags of Lip Glue. It suits a DM44 chimney that needs 7.8m of 180mm flue from the support block over the stove to the underside of the capping.
